When I arrived, the car I was interested in had been pulled up to the front and a sign was placed in the window that said "Reserved for David Reagan". It was a little thing, but it was convenient and made me feel like the most important customer of the day. I bought the car that same day.

They were well organized behind the scenes. After visiting several dealerships in town I could tell there was a unified goal that was being executed pretty quickly minimizing my inconvenience. Other dealerships have to many layers of management and it took long periods of  time in the dealership to get answers. I visited 5 other dealerships and Kraft Nissan was the best.

He just didn't push it. He didn't try to like try to force us into buying it. He was very, very, very good. Very good. I would recommend anyone to go there if they were looking for a Nissan, because really they were some of the best dealers we have ever dealt with.
